During Thanksgiving break, Ms. Dozois' students entered a design competition sponsored by Questlove and the Adobe Corporation. The challenge was to create a visual design for an inspirational quote.
Three of her students were honored in the competition! (Two winners and a runner-up).
The winners, Patricia Roque and Maria Espinoza, each received a $100 cash prize and have their art featured on the Adobe Project 1324 website. The runner-up was Arshak Bostanjyan. Winning the competition was no small feat, as there were 422 entrants from around the world (an international competition!)
