All students are welcome to join Grant's College Prep and Digital Arts Magnet's special workshop on Saturday, September 22 in Grant Hall (9:00am - 10:30am).

Parents! Looking to finish high school? Mission College will be holding classes at Grant High School for parents to earn their High School G.E.D. Classes begin September 27th and will continue every Tuesday and Thursday in the Parent Center. See Ms. Roman in the Title I Office for more information.

Grant High School is proud to announce our Focus on Learning. Last year, students, teachers, and parents voted to accept Grant's new mission and vision statements as well as our new Schoolwide Learner Outcomes.

To help you remember the new Schoolwide Learner Outcomes, remember the phrase "Lancers are GREAT!"

Monday, September 10th is an unassigned day. School will be closed on Monday, September 10th.

Tuesday, September 11th is NOT a short Tuesday schedule. Student dismissal time on Tuesday, Sept 11 will be at 3:09pm.

Parents and Families!

Back to School Night is Wednesday, August 29 from 6:00 - 8:00pm. You will be able to meet the teachers and hear valuable information about what your student will be learning this year, sign up for PASSport and Schoology if you haven't done so already, watch our fabulous cheerleaders perform, and more!

Students, would you like a preview copy of your fall schedule? Please come to Grant with verification of your completed lunch application and a completed emergency card to receive your schedule and textbooks. Counselors will be available to meet with students who need adjustments to their schedules.

Tuesday, August 14th is the first day of our fall semester! Come early Tuesday morning to find the location of your Period 1 class. Lists of Period 1 classes will be hung outside the administration building. Official program cards will be distributed in Period 1 classes.

Support the Humanitas Magnet on Thursday, August 2! Stop by Shakey's on Laurel Canyon from 5:00 - 8:00 PM and tell them that you're there to support the Grant Humanitas Magnet! Your teachers and classmates look forward to seeing you!
