Welcome to the new school year!
Dear students and parents,
My name is Mrs. Lee. I am your teacher for this school year. I am excited that we are back in the classroom to learn in person. I teach ELD (English Language Development) at Grant High School. I love languages and cultures and enjoy working together with students from many different countries. I have lived in Taiwan, Russia, and Malaysia, and have taught English as a Second Language while living there.
My education background is an undergraduate degree in English Education, a master's degree in Reading Literacy, and a teaching credential in English/ELD. I love working with students to learn and advance in English.
In our classes, we build our skills in reading, listening, speaking, and writing. Classwork and homework are vital to practicing the language and it is expected that students come to class ready to learn every day.
If you need my help in anything, I am always available.
