Please complete one of the following publicity release forms. This allows for students who participate in school activities (play on sports teams, attend sporting events, participate in student activities, participate in Friday lunchtime activities, join in spirit days, or to have their social media posts re-shared to the school social media) to have their pictures added to our website and social media.
