Main Quad Near Oxnard:
a) The greens department will add some freestanding greens in the Quad
b) The construction department will add some banners / signage for the “East Highland High School” in the Quad area (tie off)
c) Will cover or temporarily remove any existing “Grant High School” signage in the area
d) Will have a camera placement and background walking along the catwalk (2nd floor walkway between the two classroom buildings)
e) Will have cable, lights, camera, etc throughout this area for filming
f) Will swap the trash cans in this area for others.
g) Will park a generator on pavement on the southwest corner of the
Building 100 Classroom (per tech scout walk with Jose)

Football Field / Bleachers:
a) Will remove Grant High School banners that run along the older bleachers and add the filming banners. Will restore Grant banners by putting them up again with zip ties.
b) Will plan to use a techno crane on the grass/field on the football field. Will put
the techno crane on plywood.
c) Will have a scene play on the new bleachers so will have background actors and the talent on the bleachers.
d) May swap the trash cans in this area for others.
e) Will have cable, lights, camera, etc throughout this area for filming Basketball Court / Base Camp Area south of Gym:
(a) Plan to park a School Bus and some cars in this area for our scene
(b) Will need control of both gym doors that are visible from the basketball court. Will need to be able to open them for actors/background to enter/exit.
(c) Would like to add some signage and banners in this area – all will be freestanding or tied off to existing points.
(d) Will have cable, lights, camera, etc throughout this area for filming
(e) May swap the trash cans in this area for others.
In General / Questions:
a) Would like to pre-park our base camp and working trucks on the south side of campus on the basketball court on Saturday, November 10th from 6am to noon. Will leave security over the weekend to watch our equipment.
b) Would like to park our crew cars (up to 125) on property – starting with the lot on Oxnard then the staff parking row parallel to Coldwater Canyon
c) Would like to park the Catering trucks on the large pathway just north of the students’ cafeteria.
d) Will have 150 Background actors but some are children so Will have a holding area for 160. Would hold the BG and cater the BG and crew in the student lunch area. Would add tables & chairs for our total of 275 ppl.
e) Would request access to 4-6 classrooms for changing (2), cast green room and
for the teacher/school room.
