this is Studio 401 the graphics program of Ulysses S Grant High School approximately 100 come here each day to train with state-of-the-art South equipment and Technology students learn to use basic graphic design principles while training with industry standard software including Photoshop and illustrator what you see here are examples of a contract project for which students create patterns with shapes and letter form the first made with letter shaped only the last is greater than autobiographical text students also create advertising art by combining image text in contact with these two up shoes and created a series of demonic advertisements for them original story concepts are communicated in these movie posters students also design and print posters for performing and Visual Arts Academy Productions Advanced students work in the print shop and learn to use printing equipment and Technology what you see here is the t-shirt making process from original concept and original art to the screen and finally Undisputed this is another student project for large format printing the project started with a Sketchbook drawing start represents is a computer a tainted in Photoshop it was sent to parents are output to a format printer the final art is larger than the artist Dickinson Studio 4 also have the option of taking an animation course here students learn the principles of Animation while learning to use industry-standard software such as Maya for 3D animation for 2D animation students learn to use flash for one training to become the future Arts and Technology studio41 is made possible with a Perkins Grant
